Stayed in apartment with a kitchen which was perfect for me. The location was good, the staff was excellent.

I truly enjoyed the room with 4 beds. Had such facilities, like a kettle and a carpet.

it is reasonably priced. make sure you stay in the apartment with excellent bathroom and a microwave, as example. there is a microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator.

The beds were very comfy, the room was newly remodelled and good modern with a kitchen as advertised. The food was great and there were a wide array of dishes in the menu.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. With prices starting at only $80 per night and even including a continental breakfast, it was a great deal. The attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with clean and updated decor. I particularly appreciated the excellent bathroom, which had everything we needed for our stay. The location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was very close to the airport and within easy reach of everything we needed. The proximity to the bistro was also a plus, as we could easily enjoy good meals without having to venture far.

The dining options at Nightcap At Excelsior were great, and the continental breakfast pack was a nice touch. I also enjoyed having Foxtel in the rooms. I would recommend this hotel.

Did not like the noise level from neighboring rooms and the street outside. Our room was a bit run down and could have used some updating.

The hotel is located close to everything, which made our trip convenient. The airport was close enough, and we found Dan Murphy's and a service station nearby. The bistro food was nice and affordable, and the cleaning staff were accommodating and friendly.

Sadly, the room was not well-maintained. The tired old curtains were not replaced, and the security chain was missing.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, we were right in the heart of the city and close to all the Christmas festivities. The staff were friendly and provided great service, always willing to help with any questions we had. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with a great view of the city from our window.

The food at the hotel restaurant was not great, with dishes that lacked flavor and were overcooked. The room was also quite cold, with drafts coming in from under the door and a lack of proper heating.
